Penang – Travel, Food And Street Art With Kids

We spent a wonderful 5 days in George Town, Penang. We found it to be a great city to explore with kids. Even on foot we discovered a huge variety of street food and street art. We were even able sample an authentic southern Indian curry in little India.

Our most memorable and unique experience was staying at the iconic Blue Mansion. This famous hotel and world Heritage site is definitely worth a visit; just to see the ornately decorated terraces and courtyards and to get a fascinating glimpse into the life Cheong Fatt Tze, considered the Rockefeller of the East, J.P. Morgan of China.

We found the people of Penang to be very welcoming and friendly just like the rest of Malaysia.

Enjoy, and let us know what you think of our video in the comments below.
